I was wondering if I could use the 2016-17 version of ACCA F2 for 2020 exam.

No, because the syllabus has changed (and the exam is no longer called Paper F2, it is Paper MA).
My free lectures (and the free lecture notes that go with them) are a complete free course for the current syllabus. If you are watching the lectures then you do not really need the Study Text, but it is important that you have a current edition of the Revision Kit.
