Hi sir.
In exam it was given 6% preference share with nominal 94 million.
I was given in exam 2.27 market price per share of preference share.
And it was written that 25% is dividend just paid.
I calculated cost of preference like
2.27 *.25 = 0.5675 and then I divide it by 2.27 which market price so kp comes like 0.25 is it correct.
