In this question sir i would like to see in working capital where is $4356 in year 4 comes from show me whole calculation plz of working capital
The question says “the working capital is expected to be fully recovered when the Uwa Project ceases” (which is as I explain in my free lectures and as we always assumed in Paper FM (was F9).
Therefore at time 4, we get back all the working capital previously invested.
1,032 + 1,972 + 2,496 – 1,144 = 4,356.
