Hey,
I Registered with ACCA last year and completed the 3 knowledge level papers, (FAB MA and FA)
But in my transcript it says Foundation in Accountancy: December 2011. Can someone please explain what it means or is it a mistake?

ACCA has huge departments of people to deal with administrative queries – I suggest you ask ACCA directly since anyone else will be guessing an answer.
