In general thought exam was ok.

Q1 got a little mixed up on definition of social footprint ie the anthro capital bit I called human capital environmental. Then generally talked around health implications effecting society ie healthcare will be required in future to address problem and will effect families in developing countries , without the mines could effect education and investment in those areas!

Part b I talked about risk diversification ie reducing risk and spreading it , then mentioned vertical integration etc however pj couldn’t do as no funds for investment

Part c – just talked about the board making strategic decisions to make x32 core 60% of business , choosing to process in developing countries where health and safety low priority , then operational day to day risks etc

Then rambled on about board being responsible for establishing and ministering effectiveness of ic’s and how mr ho has been misleading in opting for plan b and not transparent and he hasn’t acted ethically in offering Hannah a bribe

The q2 – cg – te way directed and controlled then tried to think f how it reduces failure eg reduced risk through having internal controls, more accountability so less bad decisions likely to be made , more monitoring so again less likely to made radical risky decision , more challenge from shareholders etc

Q2b – rules an principles then talked a little about the pros of principles and drawbacks of rules to illustrate

Q2c Acountability – information to shareholders open dialogue answerable for consequences of decisions . Said both re election and provision of biographical good for accountability – although could only think of one point for each

Q4 explained tucker then answered them in relation to route a

Q4b just generally talked about why importance recognising stakeholders was good and tried to specifically talk it in terms of rdc

Q4c talked about claims beig demands wants and desires and then struggled a bit with the critically evaluate bit – clearly mr krul had a valid claim as family home makes a living on farm and it provides employment , local government weren’t really fussed by wanted plan to go ahead

Hope I talked enough to get a pass though and I may have been vague at times

    b) Importance of stakeholders identification and why for the scenario
    c) Describe stakeholders claim and what are the claims for 3 stakeholders in the scenario

This was my first acca examination and I studied really hard the past 6 months.I wanted to do really good and in the end was a complete trainwreck for me. Am so sad 🙁

I was highlighted my main points using yellow highlighter, will it affect the clarity when scanned for marking? I am quite worry about it. I forgot the paper will be scanned for marking.

Please use a black ballpoint pen at all times to complete your details on the booklet and when answering the exam questions. (Pencil, fountain pens, gel pens, roller ball pens, metallic effect pens, glitter pens and other colours of pen – including highlighter pens – will not be picked up by the scanning technology and could result in questions not being marked correctly.)

To person who highlighted – I wouldn’t worry too much about it hopefully the writing underneath the highlighting will still readable prob just have slight shading where the highlighter was
