Hi, Mike, what do you suggest to do to not feeling extreme panic n stress ? I already started to feel this way…! I always felt that the knowledge in my mind is not sufficient…!
Without being genderist ( I’m not allowed to type secksist! ) this is a classic woman’s reaction. Score 95% and worry about where you lost the 5. Men score 55% and worry that they are over-prepared.
Chill, girl!
The way I used to overcome my fears ( the visit to the dentist! ) was to persuade myself that in 1 hour’s time, I would be walking out of that torture chamber and life would continue.
In your case, persuade yourself that in 3 hours 15 minutes, that invigilator will be saying “That’s it, pens down” and so long as you have done your best, that’s all you can ask of yourself.
Be realistic. Life will continue whether you pass or fail.
Ask yourself this – “What benefit am I gaining by working myself up into a panic?”
