In PM exam, will they ask us to prepare a statement of profit or loss for either marginal or absorption costing?
Is it important? Or we just need to know about ABC costing?
You won’t actually be asked to produce a statement, but you are expected to know the difference between traditional absorption and ABC costing, and you are expected to know about marginal costing in the context of breakeven analysis.
Both of which are explained in full in my free lectures. The lecture are a complete free course for Paper FM and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
