Hi all,
This question related to Cost of Equity
I am performing a valuation of an company (associate)
In calculating Cost of equity, Can we use equity risk premium of the market (parent company) ? I have observed, a well known advisory Co. did so as well as with risk free rateIf yes what is the reason?
