Hi
Need to ask that what is the meaning of “Deprival Value of an asset”? is it the scrap value of an asset??
Thanks
The deprival value is the value to the business and can be either the cost of replacing or the net realisable value or the economic value (what it is worth to the company over the assets useful live). Most commonly it is the cost of replacing it.
However the term is relevant for financial accounting papers – not for Paper FM.
Thanks
You re welcome 🙂
