F3 Lecture Notes – M+M Ch4 Example 2 – Why is ve different?

Only one Ve looks to be referenced in the question but

for a) in calculating the Ke the Ve used is 1
for b) in calculating the WACC the Ve used is 0.6

Is this an error or am I looking at this incorrectly?
