Is only ” obtaining” a complete audit procedure?
if you refer to pg 276 of the bpp revision kit ,answer to question 54 effex engineering part (b) it says “obtaining is a procedure”

obtaining is a procedure but not complete by itself. you have to do something with it like reconcilation with the G/L or validate the figures, etc…
