I just passed the paper Corporate and Bussiness Law F4 few days ago and planning to prepare for “Taxation UK F6” for exams on March 2020 .My question is that the current video lectures provided on OT is sufficient for sitting in march 2020 exams in regards to change of rates etc , I am just really confused as this is my first time giving tax paper, I heard rumors that rates change every year . I would be extremely helpful if someone clears my confusion thanks .

I have answered a similar question in the following thread:

Kindly have a look at it.

The spreadsheet can be used as much as one needs. It does not end on the appeared space in specimen. You should practise any past paper question as a test.

Furthermore, you can also adjust the question space using the line in center.

    Computer.
Preferably using the constructive response practise space provided with the specimen exam.
