    If an xyz company holds 48 Percent share in B Co. and has key managers in the board and remaining small investers holds 52 percent shares with each investor holding not more than 10 percent in B Co. and the investers vote independently so does xyz company controls B co.?

    In most cases probably not. However, if I was examined on such a scenario, I would raise it as a possibility.
