What is the difference between petitions on questions of fact and petitions on questions of law.
How does one decide whether this is a petition on question of fact and that one is on a point of law. Are there any keywords
Keywords are ‘fact’ and ‘law’
If you’re appealing because you feel that the judge or magistrate failed to apply the law correctly, that would be an appeal on a question of law
If you’re appealing because new facts have come to light since the original decision, that would be an appeal on a question of fact
It’s hardly rocket science is it!
OK?
