Hello sir,
I have been listening your lecturers on currency futures but I have failed to master the concept of whether to divide or multiply, I have been doing questions right but this has failed me, Nutourne co for December 2018 I was dividing which is contrally to the examiner’s answer kindly help me master this concept.November 19, 2019 at 4:22 pm #553100I assume that you are asking about whether to multiply or divide when converting money.
If so then it depends which way round the exchange rate is given, and which way round the money is being converted.
I do spend time explaining how to decide this in the very first of my lectures on the management of foreign exchange risk.
If I have misunderstood your problem, then be specific about which bit of Nutourne is puzzling you.
