Good day Sir the amount hedged using futures is CHF 12,250,000. How was this calculated? I understand that the number of contracts are 98.
In future please do state which exam the question is from – I cannot remember the name of every question in every exam 🙂
The number of contracts is 98. Each contract is for CHF 125,000, and therefore the total amount hedged is 98 x 125,000 = CHF 12,250,000.
