Read one question, or two questions in detail? Thanks.
November 8, 2012 at 8:10 pm #106779My suggestions are as follows:
First read the requirements of each question (not the body of the question) and underline the key things that are required, so that you do not miss anything when you are trying to do the questions quickly.
(For example, calculate and comment – underline both words; write a report – underline it!)
Secondly, decide what each question is mainly examining – foreign exchange? investment appraisal?. And decide in which order you are going to attempt the questions.
Thirdly, check how many written marks there are in each question and whether you think you will be able to write much!
Fourthly, using whatever time you have left, make notes on the question paper of what you are going to do in the calculation parts, and the points you are going to make for the written points.
You are allowed to write on the question paper, although anything you write there will not be marked so don’t waste time trying to do a ‘pretty’ answer at that stage,
