Sir there are two articles in FR based on PPE. So is PPE for SBR same as PPE for FR or are there any changes?
If its the same then is it useful for SBR preparation to just read and review it??

PPE is the same in both exams. By all means read the articles.

Sir i had another doubt.
I have BPP study text for F7 which has detailed notes on IAS 38, IAS 16, IAS 40 and IAS 20.
So is it okay to read through the F7 notes for these chapters or would it be better to read these topics in SBR text?
The knowledge and content is same in both right?

Yes – impairment is where there is a step up in knowledge.
