Hi, I wonder if anyone had experience of disclosing convictions or/and cautions when apply for ACCA membership. Will they reject my application based on a caution from a few years back?
If you look at the form https://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/ACCA_Global/Members/Forms/app-register.pdf you will see matters which MAY affect your eligibility. Basically this is all about establishing whether someone is a “fit and proper” person to be associated with a professional body. So something dishonest (like theft) is far more likely to be an issue than a driving offence.
My recommendation to you in any case is to be transparent (show your honesty and integrity).
