Hello. so I hope to submit my RAP in period 40 and I found topic 20 to be very intriguing. I was planning on using FIFA as the organisation i would use for my case study as they have been in a lot of controversies over the years. Is it the right choice or a bit farfetch’d?
The rule of thumb for Topic 20 is whether you could apply suitable models such as Carrolls’s Pyramid and Mendelow’s Matrix to the organisation adequately. This is because you need some sort of framework to structure your work and organise your analysis and evaluation.
So I suggest that you (and any other students seeking to choose Topic 20) do some preliminary research to ascertain whether you would be able to use these models effectively in the context of the organisation
Please note that we already have a thread for Topic 20 which you are advised to consult as there will undoubtably be a lot of useful advice on that forum thread (and so this post will be transferred there shortly). We do ask students not to open new threads unnecessarily when we already have an existing thread as it is better for everyone to have all of the information in one place
