In Q3 Lark (a), the scenario mentions about indication of money laundering. the question requirement is “Describe the implication of hte circumstances described in the senior auditor note”

My question is whether is will i get marks if write about intimidation threat in addition to money laundering ? In the marking scheme it only said about money laundering

There was quite a lot that could be said for 6 marks about money laundering, so this was certainly the main thrust of the Q. The answer refers to JH’s aggressive behaviour as lacking in integrity – you could certainly suggest here instead that it may amount to intimidation – but it wouldn’t earn more than a mark.
