Hi buddy
Can anybody let me know Type of change matrix is still applicable to AccA dec 2012?
because i saw that it is not available on Course Note Dec 2012 ( Chapter 21, page 69)
thanks a lot
For every system and organisation change is constant. The Matrix of Change can help managers identify critical interactions among processes.
The matrix can be used to – 1: Identifycritical processes 2: Identify system interactions 3: Identify transition interactions and 4: Survey/fedback from stakeholders.
When interpreting the matrix, change management assess – 1: the feasibility 2: sequence 3: location 4:pace or nature of change 5: stakeholder evaluation/fedback.
It offers useful guidelines to implement change so it would be advisable to know/learn this process even if its not in your text book.
