    For Sept/Dec 2016, Q3

Extract of the last sentence of the first paragraph
:” She suggests that these changes are fundamental and more than just risk management tool“

Why the risk mitigation and risk diversification proposed by the first and second directors will be view as fundamental change? (change the make-up of the company)
As both risk mitigation and diversification are included in risk management?

And the statement has seen conflict to me “risk management involves more than just risk mitigation /risk diversification” and “She suggests that these changes are fundamental and more than just risk management tool“.

I don’t understand ,hope tutor can help me to explain it to me,Thank you so much 🙂

Where are you finding this question?

I am asking because I have the original exam question and answer and I cannot find the statement you quote anywhere.

The answer is quoting the third director and then goes on to explain why she is not correct.

I cannot add to what the examiner has written, which is written very well.
