In the Reily Group, I noticed that in the postings for Hulme NCI we didn’t transfer his goodwill of 10m back ( we only did the Net Assets in the 10/40) as we did in the transfer to Jones. For Jones we added back the NCIs Net Assets and Goodwill, I thought if there was a reduction it must also be on the Net Assets and Goodwill in both sides.
