Risk averse are likely to invest in ordinary shares, redeemed preference share or unsecured loan notes of 3 years or 5 years?
Unsecured loan notes are less risky than the other two.
Thank you John, Forward rate Contract Agreement has to be with your personal bank or it can be with any bank?

Although it would normally be with the bank that will be giving the loan, it could be with any bank.
