Sir i have done some major mistakes in today’s exam, in question number one in the money market hedge part, i divided the amount with a deposit rate rather than spot selling rate and second I didn’t subtracted the import components cost because I saw those cost at the end but i did show its working, but didn’t considered it when calculating APV.

So now how many marks will i lose, let’s say for eg the question has 50 marks so how many will i get?

Sorry, but I can’t help you because I have not see the exam.

There is no point in worrying about it now – the exam is over.

Yes I know its difficult to tell when you have not seen the paper but still i wanna ask u that mistakes like not subtracting a particular cost in calculating NPV or dividing some cost with a wrong rate constitutes a major or it constitutes a minor mistakes (like 2 to 3 marks will be lost)?

The marks are for the workings. If you make a small mistake (but then do everything else correctly) you would only lose 1 or 2 marks.
