on the graph WHY should point D be solved???why not point b or c ???
6000 of p is obtain ok but in the question it is said that 15000 of p could be sold???

this is because there are only 12000 hours available.
12000 snooker cues provides the most contribution therefore this will takeup 9000 hours. Giving only 3000 hours left to produce only 6000 of the pool cues.

If you are still not sure which one to solve, just solve every point ABCDE and see which point gives the optimum production plan – but this is the long route.
