Hi, I have reviewed all past papers and mock exams from an approved provider and I have noticed that more or less there are separate exhibits to each requirement. I mean that not all exhibits contain information in order to answer 1 single requirement.
My question is: is it really worth reading all exhibits in the beginning or it would be better to read exhibits and answer the requirements as you go along the way. because until you
ve arrived at the last 2-3 requirements you have forgotten what youve read in the exhibits and you have to go back again. Isnt this as if you`re losing time?Thanks a lot!
Often exhibits correspond with parts of the questions, but that is not guaranteed. If a requirement says something like “Using the information in Exhibit 1, write a memorandum…….” then you are safe just using that exhibit. But if the requirement does not specify an exhibit then several could contain relevant information so it is risky not to have read them all.
