    Dear sir,
    i am planning to sit for F8 this december 2012, please let me know Open tution course notes are enough to pass the exam or do we need to refer other text books as well. Please answer my question so that i can start my studies. thank you very much and i wish all the best to all OT members

    The notes and lectures are enough PROVIDED you also practise lots of questions. You can download previous exams and answers from the ACCA site and/or buy a revision kit/question kit from one of the main tuition providers.

    Dear Sir,
    Im currently studying for P7 but my knowledge of F8 is nil as i passed this paper long time ago. Is studying the F8 Open Tuition notes sufficient enough for my preparation for P7 exam or must i practise the F8 questions as well?

    A quick revision of F8 will not damage your chances of passing P7 but probably your time would be better spent going over and over the past exam questions in P7 since December 2007 and familiarising yourself with the style of Lisa’s questions and the depth of knowledge which she is looking for
