Serious discussion about my future plan with ACCA pathway

First of all, I don’t know where to post my question but here. So please forgive me if I am wrong and move this thread to a right place.

I am currently a diploma holder and have passed F1 and F2 exam. I plan to go to America for mu Bachelor’s degree. I also plan to finish the rest of the F modules at the same time while I am doing my bachelor’s degree in an American university and get the Oxford Brookes degree in one and half years time, and I want to apply master’s degree in America using this certificate. This leaves two questions, the question is, do American universities accept this qualification when accessing my eligibility for master’s degree? The second question is, is it possible switch my F1 visa for bachelor’s degree to a master’s degree without completing that bachelor’s degree because I have another bachelor’s degree certificate from UK? I am interested in finance, what master’s degree shall I take? Thank you for your help.
