November 14, 2012 at 1:41 am #100809hi gromit, you mentioned that the v-model for software and CMMI no longer in the P3 syllabus? means it’s not applicable for december 2012? because my lecturer keep on mention must do more revision on these 2 models. Btw, how about the swimlane ?
November 14, 2012 at 6:28 pm #100810V model is do do with software quality and quality is not on the P3 syllabus. Similarly CMMI is definitely no longer in P3.
Swim lanes are on the syllabus. They are not to do with quality, but describe processes and procedures. Typically you are given a narrative and this is supported by a swim lane diagram and you are asked to improve the process.
