manufacturing overheads?
A Selling overheads are debited to the selling overheads account
B Absorbed production overheads are debited to the production overheads
account
C Any under-absorbed overheads are transferred to the income statement at the
end of the accounting period
D Material costs are debited in the work-in-progress account.
i think a
i think a but not sure.
I think a is correct. If we have selling overheads, we can debit selling overheads a/c.
I think the answer is B.
If we have production overheads, we can debit Production overheads a/c. Then they will absorbed and credited from this a/c to Process a/c (or WIP a/c).
