P3 changes examineable after Jun2011 or Jun2013?

i would like to confirm some mentioned topics will be examined after June2011, or from June2013? for example, those topics mentioned in P3 are describe a precess for establishing a pricing strategy, budget, outsourcing with varible costs analysis,decision tree, etc.
