    Hello

    I am confused about Porter Diamond.
    Please explain to me what it mean by demand condition, supporting industries and firm structure , strategy and rivalry.
    What is the diff bet home market and domestic market?

    No difference between home and domestic market.

    Demand conditions = home demand. Companies start off supplying their home markets.

    Supporting industries considers the network of suppliers etc. This will give the industry a strong base.

    For firm strategy, structure and rivalry concentrate on rivalry. Companies only become good if they have rivalry/competition. This will ake them world class.
