Material Price Variance & Expenditure variance. Are these both same? Because I see that the formula used is same
The word price is used when we’re selling something
and the word expenditure when we’re purchasing. Is that right?They are two names for the same variance – you can use either name.
It is nothing to do with selling or purchasing. We are always purchasing materials!!
