Do we need to prepare or take into account fiscal and montery macroeconomics poilcy for sept attempt as there are questions in the f9 bpp kits

There are very few questions on it in the BPP Kit. This is because it is a very minor area for Paper PM (it is revision of Paper AB (was F1)) and if there are any questions in the exam they would be in Section A.
