    Admin can u clarify on how best i can differentiate the answers to the following questions:
    a) explain the effects of changing the budgetary system
    b)explain the implications of changing the type of budget used.

    The budgetary system is the way the budget process is organised – for example, top down or bottom up.

    The type of budget is whether they use just a fixed budget for the year, or if they produce a flexed budget, or a rolling budget etc.,
