I can understand why are you thinking of F7, F8 and F9 (although appreciate that the ACCA have changed the names of the papers to FR, AA and FM 🙂 )

However it doesn’t really make so much difference as to which order you take the papers in. The ACCA have always recommended that the papers be taken in order (so after F4, the order is PM, TX, FR, AA and then FM).

PM (was F5) does make use of a lot of your Paper F2 knowledge (more in fact than does FM). Also, FM does need a little bit of tax knowledge which means taking TX before FM is useful (although the tax knowledge needed for FM is only small and I explain it in my free FM lectures anyway 🙂 ).
