I am looking for the notes to the new additions for the June paper Sitting. I cannot find it in the P1 notes on Opentuition and there has been no mention of it in the Student Accounting magazine either. I am at a loss to find these notes, or is it simply a case of applying the ethics already in the paper and highlighting Corruption and Bribery as being part of the Agency Problem Etc.

I’m not sure whether Admin has included the Bribery Act note in P1 – it’s my fault if it’s not there yet. You WILL find it in the F4 notes ( both English and Global variants. )
In addition, there certainly was an article in Student Accountant towards the end of 2011. From memory, it was marked for the attention of F4 students but obviously P1 and P7 students should also be looking at it!
Thanks you, guess it just came down to poor tagging and labelling by the ACCA, thankfully there site is very slowly turning into something resembling mediocrity. Thanks for the tips
