Hi mike could you please give me a brief outline on treasury shares in relation to f4 requirements.I do not see any articles you refer to, but i have downloaded a couple of articles on treasury shares and i would like to be sure they are what is required for f4 thanks derek.

There certainly IS an article. I accessed it yesterday! When you get onto the F4 page, put Treasury Shares into search.
