I have the 2016/17 Corporate and Business Law and Audit and Assurance texts. Will they be helpful with respect to exams?I am really serious about my exams and want to pass them first time. Please help me if you can.

Neither of the above exams has changed significantly (well, the UK variant for Law anyway) since then so you should be fine to use those books.
