Hello, I would like to ask whether the Business Case document is included within the Project Initiation document.
If yes, when answering on the elements of PID, should we also write down the contents of Business Case (intro, summary, current situation, options, costs and benefits, investm.appraisal etc…)?
Lastly, is the PID part of the Project Plan, that expands PID and includes resources, project quality plan and product breakdown structure?

There could be a difference between real life and what is expected in an exam.
Most descriptions of a PID will include the business case, but that will usually consist of estimates of costs and benefits etc. That is a major exercisemand a question might not supply sufficient information or allow enough time, so yiu have to judge what the requirements expect.
I would keep the PID and Project Plan separate with the plan showinf the detailed costing and times.
So you believe that if a question on PID, comes up, it is best to include the Business Case in the elements, just mentioning that it has to do about costs and benefits, BUT IF a question that exclusively asks about Business Case, we should analyse the elements of BC more thoroughly?
Yes. But remember that if the question provides you with information on costs and benefits you would be expected to use that somewhere in your answer.
In general, questions do not provide surplus information of any kind and when provided with information always ask yourself: Why has that been provided? What use can I make of it? Why is it relevant?
