anyone have any interesting or novel way of remembering the area of the performance pyramid? Thanks.
I guess the best way is to try to understand how the objective frow from corporate downwards and Measures upwards the pyramid.
If you look at the quality and delivery- think who that links to customer satisfaction- if your delivery will slow down and quality worsen, the customer will not be happy, which will make them go away and reduce our market share, which in return will lead to corporate losing its business. Just try linking them from top down or bottom up depending on the scenrio
