Good Morning,
I’m sitting the SBL exam in June and I’m wondering what the most effective way to spend the last month of studying would be?
I’m planning on going through the syllabus again to refresh my knowledge with the videos, as well as simultaneously reading over the technical articles published by ACCA.
I have been working through the Kaplan Revision Kit working on one question per topic, before moving on to answering another question on the next topic but I’m not sure if this is the most efficient use of time.
Is it worth continuing to do this, or would it be sufficient to focus on going through the 6 case studys in the revision kit, the 3 specimen exams and the 2 past papers in depth to gain a better understanding of the exam?

You should definitely be concentrating on question practice at this stage. Only go back to notes, text or lectures if you need more information after trying a question.
The Kaplan Kit might contain the specimen questions or past exam questions. If it does, try those as Kaplan will supply more guidance than is in the ACCA answer. Either by using Kaplan or ACCA downloaded exams, do make sure you try some specimen and past paper questions. Sometimes revision kits contain amended old P3 and P1 questions to provide extra practice. Those are OK early on, but there’s nothing like trying real SBL questions.
Remember: do not describe models or frameworks: apply them.
