I am interested in taking both APM and ATX sometime later. I was wondering if anyone here took extra exams. If I take ATX after become a member, will that make me eligible to claim max exemptions from ICAEW? i.e. 12 out of 15 papers.
If you look at the following information,it is possible to take additional exams on becoming a member or affiliate-

I am not sure about exemptions.I would consult the ICAEW’s site to find out more.
It would also be interesting to find out if taking an extra exam will count towards CPD?
