Although the new syllabus for F2 Management Accounting states, under “Capital budgeting & discounted cash flows”, the following :- “Calculate present value using annuity and perpetuity formulae” – there is no formula provided for “perpetuity” in the formula sheet pdf available on the ACCA website. Only the annuity formula is shown. Does anyone know why ?
you need to remember the perpetuity formula constant cashflow/interest rate(i) … so simple :-p
