Guyzzz! I need help from yaa!! I have started ACCA nd wanna give my paper this month i need help from u guyzz! can any1 tell me has the course changed or not?? nd which study material should i use?? is it good to only use opentution notes??

Yes Open-tuition notes are best.If u need more notes u can use kaplan too..
