Dear sir,
A product with change a little function is considered new product in Ansoff’s matrix?
Thanks with best regards,
in my opinion
no, a little change in the specification of the product is not consider as the new the product, it is considers as the improvements in the existing product, and it will be known as the product development.
A small improvement in a product is not a new product. It is aimed at maintaining or increasing market share in the existing market with existing products.
Dear sir,
If the little change in product and bring into new market,
is this considered as market development or diversification?
best regards,
Leonardo
