P2 OPEN TUITION NOTES (URGENT ATTENTION)

Dear Sir,

I have quick question about the p2 notes. In chapter one the basic group working on page 1 is missing ……w1,w2,w3,w4…These are the main format to remember in exam..There are also few pages blank in some chapters. I just want to know where can I get the remaining information which are missing from notes…..
