i would like to find out if its possible for me to write f8 before writing the foundations in audit and assurance paper

Your question is confusing because AA (was F8) is the first auditing exam in the ACCA qualification. Foundations in Audit (FAU) belongs to the foundation level qualification unrelated to the ACCA qualification. (See here https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources.html)
